Job Summary: Inspired Custom Cabinets is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in finishing wooden cabinets, including sanding, staining, and applying lacquer or paint. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Prepare wooden cabinets for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and filling any imperfections.

Mix and apply stains, lacquers, and paints to achieve the desired finish.

Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments.

Operate and maintain finishing equipment, such as spray guns and drying racks.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cabinet finisher or in a similar role.

Proficiency with various finishing techniques and tools.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a woodworking environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
